By accessing and using XILO, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. XILO is an account provisioning service that provides access to verified game accounts. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

XILO grants you a license to use our platform for browsing and purchasing game accounts. This is a license to use our service, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software on XILO
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Reselling or redistributing accounts provisioned through XILO

3. Disclaimer

XILO provides the platform and service on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or suitability of third-party game content. We provision access accounts as a service but are not the publisher of game content. Game publishers retain responsibility for their software and in-game content.

4. Limitations

XILO shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or for issues with third-party game content. This includes loss of data, profit, or business interruption. Contact game publishers directly for content issues.

5. Account Provisioning

XILO facilitates the purchase and delivery of game accounts on behalf of users. Transactions are processed securely, and account access details are provided after successful payment. For account access issues, contact XILO support first.

6. Payment & Security

XILO uses third-party payment processors for all transactions. We do not store credit card information. All payments are encrypted and processed securely through industry-standard payment gateways. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Game Activation & Purchase Terms

Before requesting or purchasing a game, you must review and agree to the usage terms shown in the buy confirmation modal. These terms are part of this Terms of Service and apply to all purchases and requests made through XILO.

  • Follow the game activation instructions exactly as provided with your order.
  • Log in, download, and complete the first launch flow as instructed before changing modes.
  • You are required to switch the Steam client to offline mode after initial activation to continue use as instructed.
  • Do not share account credentials with any other person or service.
  • Any misuse, including credential sharing or instruction violations, can result in account revocation or permanent ban from XILO services.

You are responsible for following all activation and access instructions for the purchased account. Failure to comply with these requirements may void support or refund eligibility, subject to our refund policy.
